Online Reporting

Zuma gives each client the ability to access their account via the web.  Whether its your weekly payroll report or a employee’s W-2, all documents are accessible on your personalized web portal.

Direct Deposit

Zuma offers full-service direct deposit to all clients allowing employers to get their funds directly to employee bank accounts. We can even make multiple deposits per employee! Providing direct deposit streamlines the payroll process freeing you from sorting and delivering checks and employees from leaving the office to deposit their checks.

General Ledger Interface

For clients who use QuickBooks, our Web G/L program exports your entry after every payroll process. The Web G/L interface provides you (or your accountant) online access to payroll data with every payroll. The software guides you through a one-time set up process for mapping the accounts and determines how to apply your payroll to the general ledger. You can even post earnings, taxes, and deductions to multiple accounts!

Benefit Administration

Our Employee Services product allows payroll administrators to have their employees enroll in their benefit plans online, then seamlessly integrates with our online payroll product via scheduled deductions. Have a change in the premium for an existing plan? Plans can be modified in Employee Services, then automatically update deductions in iSolved for all employees enrolled in the modified plan. Reports are available through this module to provide information on benefit plans and employee enrollment as well as ACA compliance reports.
