Form I-9 is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of all individuals hired in the U.S. It must be completed by the employee and employer.

The online version of Form SS4. This application must be completed in one session—it cannot be saved and returned to later on.

IRS Form SS4 – Apply for Employer Identification # (EIN)

Use this form to apply for a nine-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN), assigned to employers, sole proprietors, corporations, etc., for tax filing and reporting purposes.

IRS Form W4 (2023)

The federal income tax withholding form, required upon hiring new employees. The IRS also recommends this form be submitted annually, or any time an employee’s personal or financial situation changes.
